Chardonnay from Vinarija Kovačević established 1895
A dry white wine from Vinarija Kovacevic. On the nose, the recognizable aroma of green apple, pear, followed by elegant citrus tones as well as light toasted aromas as a result of partial maturation in oak. The taste is fresh, aromatic, with an accentuated, long-lasting and creamy finish. Its identity is reflected precisely in that seemingly incompatible combination of creamy taste and playful freshness. 85% of the wine ferments and ages in stainless steel vessels, while 15% ferments and ages for several months in oak barrels.
