A strong and intense red wine that is in the meantime soft, velvety and able to reawaken great emotions worthy of the Apulian land.
The appassimento is a particular method used by the winemaker, that includes the wise management of the dried grapes both into crates and "drying rooms". This method is used in order to strengthen the best Apulian grapes, obtaining in this way a complex and elegant wine of strong personality.
