Organic varietal dry white wine
A rare version of the Aegean sea variety of assyrtiko, cultivated in the volcanic soil of Limnos, strongly influenced by the saltiness and the Aegean sun. An organic, aromatic, sinewy textured wine, combining marine minerality and salinity known as a "thalassitis" (made by the sea) wine.
