Alpha Estate White represents the epitome of the harmonious composition to the vinegrower's expertise and the winemaker's philosophy. The precious Sauvignon Blanc grapes are harvested only if they achieve excellent maturity at the privately owned single block vineyard at an altitude of 620-690 metres, on low fertility alluvium, sandy, sandy clay soils of excellent drainage, with semi-continental climate, resulting in a white wine of unique typicity, particularly complex and balanced. Pre-fermentation skin contact.
White vinification at controlled temperatures. Maintenance of wine "sur lies". Best served at 12-14 degrees C.
