Brun Arak is a Lebanese arak from Lebanon's Bekaa Valley. Arak is the aniseed spirit of Lebanon and the Levant, distilled from grapes and aniseed, and a relative of raki and ouzo. Mix one part arak with two parts cold water and add ice. It turns cloudy white and goes perfectly with mezze.
