Delivery

Liquory offers fast & reliable alcohol shipping Australia-wide (some postcode restrictions apply). All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse and delivered right to your doorstep, making buying liquor online super easy. 

Orders placed on our website are fulfilled by our own delivery network in Sydney metro, or by couriers who deliver to residential & commercial addresses. You may be required to show ID to the driver to verify you are of legal drinking age. A physical street address is required for delivery; we do not deliver to PO boxes, locked bags, parcel locker or parcel collection locations.

While we work to get your package to you as fast as we can, please allow an additional 1-3 business days for your order to be processed & packed. 

Note that we are NOT an on-demand delivery service and by placing your order you understand & acknowledge that we do not provide same-day delivery. 

 

CHRISTMAS CUT-OFF DATES

Please be aware our delivery partners experience extensive delays during the holiday period. 

To guarantee delivery before Christmas of in-stock products, make sure to place your order before the following cut-off dates. 

 

 

Any orders placed between 25 December 2024 and 1 January 2025 will be dispatched from our warehouse on 2 January 2025.

 

 

Shipping Fees & Timeframes

At Liquory, we do our best to deliver your package to you as quickly as possible. All delivery times quoted below are estimates only for in-stock items and cannot be guaranteed. These delivery times apply from the day your order is collected by couriers. 

*minimum pricing is based on a single wine bottle weighing approx 1.7kg

The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

Free Shipping

Like free stuff? We do too! We offer free shipping on orders over $300+. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when you add products totalling $300 or more to your cart. 

Proof of Age

The Liquory supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW Liquor Act 2007 and will not sell or deliver to persons under the age of 18. An approved proof of age document may be requested at the time of delivery. Approved Proof of age documents are limited to the following:

• A current Australian or International Drivers Licence

• A current Australian or International Passport

• A Current NSW RTA Proof Of Age Card or interstate equivalent

Warehouse Pickup

At this stage we do not offer pickup from our warehouse as an option for order fulfillment. Rest assured, all of our liquor is packaged securely to minimise bottle breakages and we work with couriers that offer competitive rates for shipping. 

Postcode Restrictions

The Liquory does not deliver to the following restricted dry zone postcodes: 4605, 4713, 4816, 4825, 4830, 4871, 4874, 4876, 4895. We apologise for any inconvenience.

 

Order Cancellations

Any orders placed that are requested to be cancelled will be issued a credit note to the value of your purchase. Alternatively if you would like a refund, a 10% service & administration fee will be charged on the total amount of your order.
