For Tekirdag Rakisi, carefully selected fresh grapes are distilled to produce suma, which is mixed with high quality aniseed, and distilled in sepcial copper stills. Raki may be consumed with water or straight. The ideal serving temperature is 8-10 degrees Celsius. Ice, if desired, should be added after the water. Raki should be stored in a cool and dry environment, away from direct sunlight
