Spanish white vermouth. Floral, gently bitter, best over ice.
Olave Vermouth Blanco is a Spanish vermouth. Vermouth is a wine aromatised with herbs and botanicals, and Spain has its own proud vermouth culture. Serve it over ice with a slice of orange, or use it in a Negroni. Olave Vermouth Blanco is available online at The Liquory, a Sydney-based bottle shop delivering Australia-wide.
